Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Lack of Color pieces, so if you're not perfectly satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or refund within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags and protective packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original hat box or packaging to ensure they are not crushed or damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at the designated courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or credit will be processed once inspected.
